【摘要】:ThispartofPD8010providesarecommendedframeworkforcarryingoutanassessmentoftheacutesafetyrisksassociatedwithamajoraccidenthazardpipeline(MAHP)containingflammablesubstances.Itprovidesguidanceontheselectionofpipelinefailurefrequenciesandthemodellingoffailureconsequencesforthepredictionofindividualandsocietalrisks.TheprinciplesofthispartofPD8010arebasedonbestpracticeforthequantifiedriskanalysisofnewpipelinesandexistingpipelines.Itisnotintendedtoreplaceorduplicateexistingriskanalysismethodology,butisintendedtosupporttheapplicationofthemethodologyandproviderecommendationsforitsuse.ThispartofPD8010isapplicabletoburiedpipelinesonlandthatcanbeusedtocarrycategoryDandcategoryEsubstancesthatarehazardousbynature,beingflammableandthereforeliabletocauseharmtopersons.Theguidancedoesnotcoverenvironmentalrisks.
