【摘要】:ThispartofISO5658specifiesamethodoftestformeasuringthelateralspreadofflamealongthesurfaceofaspecimenofaproductorientatedintheverticalposition.Itprovidesdatasuitableforcomparingtheperformanceofessentiallyflatmaterials,compositesorassembliesthatareusedprimarilyastheexposedsurfacesofwallsinbuildingsandtransportvehicles,suchasshipsandtrains.Someprofiledproducts(suchaspipes)canalsobetestedunderspecifiedmountingandfixingconditions.ThispartofISO5658isapplicabletothemeasurementanddescriptionofthepropertiesofmaterials,productsorassembliesinresponsetoradiativeheatinthepresenceofapilotflameundercontrolledlaboratoryconditions.Itisnotsuitabletobeusedalonetodescribeorappraisethefirehazardorfireriskofmaterials,productsorassembliesunderactualfireconditions.
