【摘要】:ThispartofISO2859specifiessequentialsamplingschemesthatsupplementtheISO2859-1acceptancesamplingsystemforinspectionbyattributes.TheISO2859-1acceptancesamplingsystemisindexedintermsoftheacceptancequalitylimit(AQL).Itspurposeistoinduceasupplier,throughtheeconomicandpsychologicalpressureoflotnon-acceptance,tomaintainaprocessaverageatleastasgoodasthespecifiedacceptancequalitylimit,whileatthesametimeprovidinganupperlimitfortherisktotheconsumerofacceptingtheoccasionalpoorlot.ThesamplingschemesdefinedinthispartofISO2859areapplicable,butnotlimited,totheinspectionof:—enditems,—componentsandrawmaterials,—operations,—materialsinprocess,—suppliesinstorage,—maintenanceoperations,—dataorrecords,and—administrativeprocedures.Theseschemesaredesignedtobeappliedtoacontinuingseriesoflots,thatis,aserieslongenoughtopermittheswitchingrulesin10.3tobeapplied.Theseswitchingrulesprovidea)enhancedprotectiontotheconsumer(bymeansoftightenedsamplinginspectioncriteriaordiscontinuationofsamplinginspection)shoulddeteriorationinqualityoccur,b)anincentive,atthediscretionoftheresponsibleauthority,toreduceinspectioncosts(bymeansofreducedsamplinginspectioncriteria)shouldconsistentlygoodqualitybedemonstratedovertime.Theindividualsamplingplansarenotdesignedtobeusedoutsideoftheschemesinwhichtheyarepresented.WherelotsareproducedinisolationorinaseriestooshortforthispartofISO2859toapply,theuserisadvisedtoconsultISO2859-2forappropriatesamplingplans.
